You may return the product within 14 days of ordering. If you cancel your order, your postage and packing fee will not be refunded.
In order for refunds to be issued, product must be sent back to us at
the provided address. No item will be accepted for return if it is not
accompanied by a valid RMA number. An RMA number can be obtained by
calling Customer Service at (888) 412-6086 or send us an email at
support@emeraldlux.com within the return period. If an item is returned
without an RMA number then your item will not be accepted for return or
refund. Once the product is received and checked by our warehouse, we
will issue you the appropriate refund. The items must be returned in
the same condition as received. Any damaged product may void issuance
of refund.

If you decide our product is not for you simply give us a call at (888) 412-6086 no later than 11:59 P.M. ET (Eastern Time) on or before the 14th day from your original order date. We will give you an RMA number to affix to the package. The RMA number has to be on the package, on the same side as the sending and receiving address. All components from the original package, in their original condition, must be included to receive a refund! Refunds will not be given on packages marked "Return To Sender" or returned without a valid RMA attached. Any other missing or damaged/unusable components will be charged per our price list on the Products page located on EmeraldLux.com. All returned products must be sent postage prepaid and post marked within 3 days of a RMA being issued by Emerald Lux to be considered for a refund. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $10 RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS.
To cancel and avoid further charges for the order shipment and/or to cancel enrollment in the auto delivery program, call our customer service line at (888) 412-6086 , or sending us a message at support@EmeraldLux.com. Live customer service agents are available Monday thru Friday 7AM-4PM Pacific. Please have your order number available to cancel. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, you will not be charged for any shipments that have not already been sent.

Emerald Lux Return DepartmentThe product has a one year warranty. Should the product stop working for any reason, please send us back the product and we will ship you a new product for the price of postage and packing.

The warranty will not apply if the product is:
Used with incompatible products
Used for commercial purposes
Modified or tampered with in any way
Damaged by wear and tear, improper use, abuse, negligence, accident, acts of god or by any cause other than defective material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover consumable items such as cart-o-misers or products sold "as is". Warranty may be voided if Emerald Lux believes the products contained have been used in violation of the terms and conditions or in any violation of our guidelines. The warranty will be void if products are used with products not licensed or sold by Emerald Lux. The user assumes all responsibility for use with third party products. Valid proof of purchase such as bill of sale with the date of original purchase must be presented to obtain warranty services. Services are provided "as is" unless otherwise stated without express or implied warranty.
