How does Emerald Lux™ work?

The battery is attached to an atomizer, which is attached to the cartridge. When you inhale, the battery is activated and the cartridge releases the vapor.

Is it true that I can smoke Emerald Lux™ anywhere?

Because an electronic cigarette does not burn tobacco and create smoke, you are allowed to smoke at bars, restaurants, cafe's, parks, and many other locations! It does not create a nuisance nor smoke, and the vapor vanishes much quicker than smoke, however, we still recommend you check your local laws/location before smoking in uncertain locations.

Why is there a light on the end of the Emerald Lux™ cigarette and does it get hot?

The light indicates when the e-cig is working and to give the effect of a real cigarette. It also provides notification when the battery is low, and when the battery is charged. Most importantly, NO, the tip where the light turns on, does not get hot. It is strictly a visual effect, and does not require any type of tray to be set on after usage.

When and how should I be expecting my package to arrive?

Shipping is supplied by USPS. Emerald Lux™ is only available to US customers with US shipping addresses. Once your order has been packed and ready to ship you will be emailed a tracking number, which can be tracked via the USPS website. New orders are typically packed and ready to ship within 48 hours of ordering. Once shipped your order will take approximately 5-7 days to be delivered.

What is an atomizer?

The atomizer is the heating element responsible for vaporizing the liquid, and generally consists of a simple filament and wicking metal mesh to draw the liquid in. It is positioned in the center of the three components that make up the entire electronic cigarette cylinder, as the cartridge attaches to one end, and the power unit to the other.

What is a cartomizer?

An atomizer is attached to a cartridge and then used, where a cartomizer is an atomizer and cartridge built into one. a cartomizer is used until the cartridge is empty, then tossed away, whereas the atomizer is reused over and over and the cartridge can be replaced each time without throwing away the atomizer.

How much nicotine is in each cartridge?

Our cartridges currently come in two strengths: High and Medium. The High cartridges contain 18 mg/ml of nicotine, and Medium cartridges contain 16 mg/ml of nicotine.

Why isn't my e-cig producing any vapor?

If you are having any issues with your electronic cigarette producing vapor, please trouble shoot the following: (1) Check the atomizer, and make sure it is clean. (2) Make sure your battery is charged. (3) Check your connections and make sure you are plugging them in to charge properly. (4) Check the cartridge - it may be empty, finished, or faulty. If neither of these help resolve your issue, please give us a call.

Does Emerald Lux™ smell?

No, the vapor has no odor, however you may have a light essence from the assorted flavors of the nicotine cartridges.

When do i have to replace the Emerald Lux™ cartridge?

You should replace the cartridge when the vapor released by Emerald Lux™ reduces or when the flavor taste becomes light, this is usually an indication that the nicotine in the cartridge is running out.

How long does one cartridge last?

A cartridge is equivalent to one pack of cigarettes. The amount a cartridge lasts is based on how much you smoke, how often you smoke, and how long a pack would last you.

How long does it take to charge the battery and how long does it last?

The battery takes one hour to fully charge and will last you as long as it takes you to smoke a regular pack of cigarettes.

Will the battery run out if I leave the cartridge on there?

No, the electronic cigarette only activates on when in use.
