Shipping
Shipping is supplied by USPS. Emerald Lux is only available to US customers with US shipping addresses. Once your order has been packed and ready to ship you will be emailed a tracking number, which can be tracked via the USPS website. New orders are typically packed and ready to ship within 48 hours of ordering. Once shipped your order will take approximately 5-7 days to be delivered.





14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days for a full refund. Simply contact customer support via email or phone and request a RMA. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. All refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.

What is an RMA?
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is a transaction whereby the recipient of a product arranges to return goods to the supplier to have the product repaired or replaced or in order to receive a refund or credit for another product from the same retailer or corporation within the product's warranty period.

An RMA number can be obtained by calling Customer Service at (888) 412-6086 or send us an email at support@emeraldlux.com. Once the product is received and checked by our warehouse, we will issue you the appropriate refund. The items must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damaged product may void issuance of refund.

If you decide our product is not for you simply give us a call at (888) 412-6086 on or before the 14th day from your original order date. We will give you an RMA number to affix to the package. The RMA number has to be on the package, on the same side as the sending and receiving address. All components from the original package, in their original condition, must be included to receive a refund! Refunds will not be given on packages marked "Return To Sender" or returned without a valid RMA attached. Any other missing or damaged/unusable components will be charged per our price list on the Products page located on EmeraldLux.com. All returned products must be sent postage prepaid and post marked within 3 days of a RMA being issued by Emerald Lux to be considered for a refund.

NOTE: All refund requests MUST be accompanied by an RMA number, and must include all items from the original purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or to issue a partial refund for any request that does not meet these requirements.
